How Do I Save Worksheet As Excel New Workbook
To save worksheet as Excel new workbook, it'll help to define a couple of points first. Quickly and simply, worksheets in Excel are the areas where you place data or your information. You can enter data in several worksheets at the same time. You can work with and edit, analyze and manipulate figures and make your observations across several worksheets simultaneously inside a workbook.
The workbook is the file where you store your worksheets. One or more worksheets are inside your workbook. Workbooks or files that Excel works with can have other type of data storage "devices" or pages such as chart sheets or, if you're running a version of Excel prior to 2000 you might encounter module sheets or macro sheets.
The most simple example to save worksheet as new workbook is when you have a worksheet that you're working with (a newly opened file) you would just click "file" then "save" and follow the dialog box to name your new workbook.
A more complex example would be where you have a worksheet inside another workbook and you want to save that data in it's own file. The easiest method would be to copy the contents of the worksheet and paste into a new workbook, then save that new workbook with it's own file name.
